What day(s) is he at Disneyland? Everytime I go, he's not there!
I’m not exactly sure when he’s there! I live in Arizona, so it’s very difficult for me to know the precise dates.
I did however go to Disneyland on Saturday July 23rd, and to my disappointment, I did not find him, so. :/ Sorry for the lack of help. ):
